What I love about semolina savory

Here’s a flavorful semolina dish that I cooked today. In South India (Karnataka), it’s known as Khara bath. A few things that I love about this savory:

  1. It takes less than 15 mins. to cook
  2. The dish provides a perfect balance between carbohydrates, protein and nutrients
  3. Cumin and a hint of garam masala makes it flavorful and even more yummy to eat
  4. I grew up eating this at my home in India. Preparing it here in Ann Arbor, MI takes me back to the good old days!
