The Popeye Connection

We all know that Popeye made himself super strong by eating spinach. I’m an avid long distance runner and eating spinach helps me generally maintain if not improve my cardiovascular health.

Here are a couple pics of Aloo Palak (Aloo == Potato; Palak == Spinach) with Indian bread. It takes only a few mins to prepare this and I mentally feel stronger to run long distance whenever I eat aloo palak 🙂
